Restored Porsche 911 From Netherlands Looks Ready For A Sunny Day
Classic Porsches and TwinSpark Racing go like a beautiful Rolex on a custom-tailored suit. The owners Leonard Stolk and Lex Proper have been racing classic Porsches for more than a decade themselves, after which they brought their knowhow to make customer-focused classic Porsches. Their builds are not only period-correct, but are in fact, technically more sound that what came out of Porsche’s factory during the same time. Lex and Leon work hard to ensure that the cars that they restore not only drive better than what the originals did, but also provide an all-round service for classic Porsche enthusiasts in their workshop in The Netherlands where they also proved the country’s only Singer Vehicle Design service and sales.
This restored Porsche 911 here is one of TwinSpark’s latest endeavours, and it is a beauty to behold. Made for a customer who had quite specific requirements from the rebuild, Leon and Lex introduced a classic tartan interior to the car, after rebuilding the engine and gearbox from ground up (which is one of their speciality). The body on this particular restored Porsche 911 has been completely rebuilt too. Further, it has been modified with steel wheel arches to mimic the iconic 911 RSRs.
