The 2015 Benelli BN range of motorcycles were showcased at EICMA 2014. The BN 600 N is the sports naked cousin to the sport tourer BN 600 GT, with both machines carrying the same engine.
The Benelli BN 600 N sports a single headlight upfront with a muscular tank that is high enough to hide a middle-aged mans guts behind it while riding, and the tail is garnished with a sporty twin under-seat exhaust setup. Without a doubt, there is a muscular appeal to the whole machine, no matter which angle its look from.
The components used on the Benelli BN 600 R are from top-spec Italian suppliers. The beefy Marzocchi front forks, Sachs adjustable rear suspensions, Brembo callipers and fully braided steel brake lines, all exhibit brilliant quality and build standards.
Powering the BN 600 R is a 600cc in-line 4-cylinder engine that is liquid cooled and has 4 valves per cylinder. The engine unit is tuned to produce 81 PS of power and 52 Nm of torque that is pushed to the sticky 180/55-ZR17 Metzeler rear tire via a 6-speed gear box.
The motorcycle on display at EICMA 2014 was fully loaded with Givi touring accessories that included a taller flyscreen, panniers, top box tank bag.
