The BMW R NineT has been the only recent bike that has stayed head-to-head with the Ducati Scrambler in terms of being a favorite base for custom bike builders to build on top of. And with BMW Motorrad showing their full support to builders as we have seen with special builds coming from Cherry’s Company and others, there are more and more designers keen on coming up with their own, radically-styled R NineT.
Jeffry Sol is one such designer and owner of Dutch High Octane Speed Shop who has come up with his own stunning design for a custom R NineT. In his design of the machine, things take an interesting direction by leaning over towards a cusp between a retro-style sportbike and a futuristic one. There are modern touches in the headlights while the whole motorcycle is curvaceous like a vintage machine, but at the same time sporting a bespoke tail design that houses the exhaust within the panel.
High Octane Speed Shop will be unveiling this new design custom BMW R NineT at the bike show at the Bigtwin Bike Show held at Rosmalen, officially by BMW Motorrad. The 2015 edition of the Bigtwin Bike Show is slated to take place between November 6-7-8, 2015.
