Being the centenary year of the iconic British brand, Bentley has been pushing the limits specially for 2019 by taking part in some iconic motorsport classes. Earlier this year, Bentley took upon themselves to partake in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and go after the “fastest production car” record at the mythical hill climb. The results were out in June when Bentley not only came on top, but lead with a massive 8.4 seconds lead over the previous record holder, setting a new time of 10:18:488 minutes for the 12.42 mile (19.98km) course.
Now Bentley is out to celebrate their achievement with a very special limited-to-15 examples Bentley Continental GT Pikes Peak edition. The latest limited edition Continental GT gets a gorgeous Radium green paintwork by Mulliner as well as a carbon fibre body kit. The interiors are alcantara with the outer spec green following up on the inside to the stitching. For the special edition, Bentley has given unique Pirelli P Zero 22-inch tyres that engulf the proportionately large (and striking) Acid Green brake calipers. Inside, the headrests sports the Pikes Peak embroidery and to ensure that all 15 cars are unique Bentley would be painting each Continental GT with a different section of the Pikes Peak course as graphics on the passenger side of the dashboard.
