Scott is the mastermind behind this artistic Honda FT500 from h garage. And this artistic angle bought by Scott is not only because he enrolled in advanced art classes in grade school and high school, but because his skills were honed by Doug Russell, his father figure after Scott’s father passed away. After Doug’s 6-years of guidance, Scott went onto become a graphic designer for fifteen years. And that is when Scott decided to pursue his real love – building custom motorcycles in his basement’s two-bay workshop. Scott’s functional piece of art started getting recognition worldwide after his first build, the Honda CB450 bobber.
Scott’s latest creation, the Honda FT500 from h garage molds out of the same artistic mind and magical hands which encompassed a Aermacchi gas tank and modified tail section on the chopped, de-tabbed and re-welded frame. While the custom mid pipe got a new header, the custom made velocity stack got the Mikuni 36mm round-slide with custom made carb manifold. The progressive shocks and springs took over the stock units that came with the bike and Vortex clip-ons accompanied the Motogadget switches and relays. While the story about the Honda FT500 from h garage is not limited to all of the above said, it is definitely more than what meets the eye.
