Inside Lamborghini’s Ad Personam Studio
Lamborghinis are at the centre of the automotive luxury lifestyle. The Italian company’s cars are more about style, flair and outrageous designs that they are about performance. That said, performance is of the highest standards, but the unique appeal of the cars from Sant’Agata Bolognese is in the way performance and design blend together with bespoke personalisation, something only a few other super sports car makers have been able to perfect. Lamborghini Ad Personam Studio has been set up to extend the Italian sportscar maker’s lead in personalised luxury.
Lamborghini’s Ad Personam takes the company’s philosophy of bringing bespoke, personalisations to a whole new level. While the program started in 2006, the Lamborghini Ad Personam came into full force by 2013 with the creation of a dedicated team and a slew of new personalisation that ranged from a vast array of livery, interior and exterior options. In the last three years, more than 50% of all Lamborghinis delivered have some sort of bespoke touches that distinguish themselves from the rest. This high demand for the company’s customers looking for making their Lamborghini’s truly their own has resulted in yet another extension to the Ad Personam program.
This year, the Italian brand opens a new personalisation studio right in the middle of their car manufacturing facility. This move would would not only streamline the process, but would also give customers a unique opportunity to explore how the Italian brand makes their cars, possibly see their own car in the making. After the factory experience, individuals would head into the Lamborghini Ad Personam Studio to indulge further in their ordered car by sitting down and customizing things to their liking.
Lamborghini Ad Personam Studio proudly displays leathers, colours, materials, seat options, rims, while including an advance car configurator for customers to visualise their personalised Lamborghini Huracan or Aventador better. Here, customers also get an option to customise their Aventador’s interior and exteriors with Lamborghini’s patented Forged Carbon Fibre Composite material that is both lighter and stronger than regular carbon fibre. With this new studio, the permutations are almost infinite, making it Lamborghini’s way of ensuring that customers who are looking for a truly bespoke super sports car would never see another like theirs anywhere in the world.
