As much involvement there is in rolling a joint, its a tedious process that becomes even more dull when one’s humming a buzz. To make things simpler, the vaporiser was introduced. Problem is, even with modern technology, most vaporisers aren’t compact enough to be used as table top devices that can be carried around like a pocket device. And thats what Pax Labs comes in to change things. The Pax 2, a sleek, beautifully designed vaporiser that fits right into the pocket making it accessible anywhere.
Pax Labs, previously known as Ploom is a firm started by two classmates in 2007. The blokes have from the start been looking to make vaporisers and only that, starting off with the Ploom ModelOne which was a e-cigarette type of device. After a lot of research on vaporisation technology and consumer electronic tends, the company shifted focus towards a more sophisticated vaping device that is above most of the cheap e-smoking nonsense that is out there today.
The Pax 2 comes with a replaceable mouthpiece that features lip-sensing technology to optimise heat and vapor production. It is constructed out of brushed anodised aluminium that carries a top notch finish. But the most striking feature of the Pax 2 is its size, measuring in at a very pocketable 3.87 x 1.21 x .85 inch. It even features an internal accelerometer that puts the device on standby mode when there is no activity to preserve juice in the lithium-ion battery. Oh, and did we mention the 10-year warranty ?
