The Suzuki GN125 Vintage Scrambler from Unikat is a combination of passion for speed and visual art experience put together. The GN series from Suzuki was a standard motorcycle in the market since early ’80s in three categories, the GN125, GN250 and GN400. Here, Unikat has used a Suzuki GN125 to transform it into what they call it as a Vintage Scrambler. Unikat which specializes in cafe racer and scrambler styles is led by the multi-talented Grzegorz Korczak. Grzegorz is an educated cinematographer, a visual artist whose work were exhibited in the most important Polish Museums and has contributed as a special effects director to an Oscar nominated movie called ‘Rabbit a la Berlin’ as well. Hence, Unikat is into professional moto photography and has a motorcycle custom workshop in Poland as well.
For this Suzuki GN125 Vintage Scrambler from Unikat, there was technical renovation done on its air-cooled SOHC single-cylinder engine and was fit on the custom frame design. The fuel tank was relocated to make the custom seat to match the flow of lines. While the T-plate got Enduro handlebars in the front, the K&N high flow air filter and Shorai battery were snugged in the mid-section, a handcrafted exhaust and db-killer were fit in the lower section. The rear got the new custom suspension 18” wheel with powder coating as well.
