Tudor, the subsidiary of Rolex has just launched a new range of stylish watches in their Black Bay line. The Tudor Heritage Black Bay series takes inspiration from the 1954 edition of the Tudor Submariner. The Black Bay features a very familiar, yet iconic design that defines diving watches.
The Tudor Black Bay features an interchangeable wrist straps that are built of soft fabric (steel version are available too) and hold the 41 mm steel case on the wrist. The sapphire crystal dome and black dial is a signature Tudor design that comes in three color accents to match the exterior case and strap combinations. And apart from the usual navy blue, black and red models the new Black Bay will also be available in a new rose gold color that seems to be the new running favorite for all brands.
The Tudor Heritage Black Bay features the company’s calibre 2824 self winding movement that has 25 jewels and can continue to power the watch without movement for 38 hours. The case itself is waterproof upto 200 m (660 ft).
The new range of Black Bay watches are extremely stylish and would suit mostly every casual or semi-casual style. These new watches retail for a price of $3,425 for the steel bracelet and $3,100 for the distressed leather strap. For the styling and presence, these watches are quite the value to take home.
