Becoming a racing driver is something that takes a lot of courage and determination. Motorsport is not a typical career, because you need the right gear and the right mindset, not to mention a little talent. Everything else is practice though. How much you love the sport and how much time you can devote to it. If you’re a fan of the olden ways and would much rather drive vintage cars, while experiencing everything race car drivers did back then, I present you with this: the Classic Racing School.
Opened as a sort-of gathering or an event for vintage car enthusiasts, it’s the first school of its kind. The concept of the school transcends far beyond just driving racing cars. It’s an entire package, an experience if you will. You get to spend time with other people who share similar interests as yours, in an environment that can only be described as a trip down memory lane.
The Circuit de Charade is located in the heart of the park of Auvergne volcanoes. Built in 1958, this legendary track has been home to Formula 1 up till 1972. The single-seater Crossle race cars are in top-spec. As an entire package, you won’t find anything similar anywhere else.
Visit their website and check out the offers if you’re at all interested in vintage car racing. I guarantee you’ll have the time of your life.
